Most business owners didn’t start a company because they wanted to do accounting.
We did.
Solving problems, untangling complicated situations, and turning financial information into something that actually helps people run their businesses is what we enjoy. That’s what we’re good at, so you can spend your time doing what you’re good at.
We believe accounting should make running your business easier, not harder. And we intentionally built our practice around ongoing relationships instead of once-a-year tax preparation. We’d rather know your business throughout the year than try to reconstruct it twelve months later. That means proactive advice, fixed monthly pricing, timely financial information, and conversations before problems become expensive.
Meet the Team
Joseph Madden, CPA
Certified Public Accountant | Founder
Joe founded Joseph E. Madden, CPA, PLLC with a simple goal: help business owners understand their finances and make better decisions. With decades of experience in accounting and taxation, he has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping clients navigate everything from everyday bookkeeping and financial reporting to complex tax planning and compliance.
Joe enjoys solving difficult accounting problems and believes good accounting should provide more than accurate tax returns. It should give business owners confidence, clarity, and the information they need to make wise decisions throughout the year.
When clients work with Joe, they gain more than a tax preparer—they gain a trusted advisor committed to helping their business succeed for the long term.
Sandra Madden, EA
Enrolled Agent | Chief Multitasking Officer
Sandra didn’t begin her career in public accounting, and she considers that one of her greatest strengths. Before becoming an Enrolled Agent, she spent years in communications, project management, and organizational leadership. Those experiences taught her how to explain complex ideas clearly, build efficient systems, and keep projects moving—skills that now benefit every client she works with.
Sandra specializes in bookkeeping systems, tax representation, payroll, and helping business owners create reliable financial processes. She has a particular talent for untangling messy books, identifying underlying problems, and turning financial information into practical tools for making better business decisions.
She believes accounting shouldn’t leave business owners feeling overwhelmed or intimidated. Her goal is to help clients understand not only what their numbers are, but what those numbers mean and how they can use them to confidently grow their businesses.
Marissa Taylor
Client Relations Concierge
Marissa is the friendly voice and welcoming face that keeps our office running smoothly. A graduate of Silo High School, she grew up in the Mead, Oklahoma area and spent several years in the hospitality industry before joining our team. That background taught her that great service is about anticipating needs, staying organized, and making people feel welcome.
Today, Marissa helps keep our office on track by coordinating client communication, managing schedules, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Whether she’s greeting clients, answering questions, or helping keep the rest of us organized, she’s often the first person you’ll meet—and one of the reasons everything behind the scenes runs so smoothly.
